The Polishing Technicians are responsible for the surface finish of our composite parts. The department has a dedicated Team Leader working in the area and there is a Supervisor at the site.

They are responsible for polishing, finishing, and carrying out precision cosmetic repairs on carbon fibre components to meet exact customer specifications, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
This requires exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to achieving a flawless finish, and the ability to identify and rectify minor imperfections without compromising product integrity. Working as part of a fast-paced manufacturing team, they consistently deliver high-quality components within agreed production timescales, ensuring customer deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
